The COPE-BP team visited low-income urban areas in Dhaka and Narshingdi to find and list community pharmacies for the study. After mapping them, a survey questionnaire was shared with selected pharmacies to understand their setup, services, and overall capacity. This helped the team decide which pharmacies are suitable to provide care for hypertension patients. Before starting the fieldwork, training sessions were arranged to prepare the fieldworkers so they could collect accurate data, follow the tools properly, and communicate clearly with pharmacy staff.
